Full Job Description Location:
Corporate Office – Montgomery, AL (In-Person Only)
Position Type:
Full-Time/Seasonal We are seeking a detail-oriented and meticulous Monogram Technician to join our production team at our corporate headquarters. In this role, you will be responsible for personalizing the interiors of luxury garments, adding custom monograms to delicate fabric linings. This position requires blending machine precision with high-end aesthetic care to ensure every custom monogram meets luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities Machine Operation:
Setup and safely operate specialized commercial embroidery or monogramming machines to stitch names or initials into delicate garment linings.
Fabric Prep & Hooping:
Carefully remove, prepare, and hoop delicate luxury fabrics without causing snags, tears or pulling threads.
Design Setup & Digitizing:
Review custom client requests, digitize designs, and select appropriate font styles, sizing, and thread colors to perfectly match customer specifications.
Quality Assurance:
Inspect every piece for flawless font alignment, precise spacing, and correct thread tension before the lining is closed and permanently reattached to the fur garment. Position Requirements Proven experience operating commercial embroidery/monogramming machines and design software Exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and intense attention to detail. Strong understanding of textiles, specifically how delicate lining fabrics behave under machine tension.
