Responsibilities:
As a Composite Operator, you will be at the heart of the production process, helping build the structures that make modern flight possible. Working within a self-directed team, you will:
Fabricate & Assemble:
Perform preparation and assembly of composite parts for both production and developmental aircraft programs.
Precision Tooling:
Use hand, power, and machine tools for layout and production operations.
Quality Inspection:
Utilize precision devices (calipers, micrometers, gauges, and scales) to ensure every part meets strict quality standards.
Compliance:
Follow detailed blueprints, work instructions, and operating procedures to ensure safety and accuracy.
Team Performance:
Organize work areas and collaborate with your team to meet production, cost, and schedule goals.
Working hours:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Hand-eye coordination for manual assembly and fabrication tasks. A commitment to attendance and a "safety-first" mindset.

High School Experience:
4-7 years

Ability to spot small deviations and ensure perfection in every part.
Math Skills:
