This position is ideal for a dependable, safety-focused individual who is motivated to learn new skills and advance into progressively skilled roles. The Machine Operator will receive on-the-job training and must be willing to cross-train on equipment throughout the operation. Candidates must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts.
Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment safely and according to established procedures Complete assigned production tasks accurately and within required timelines Follow all workplace safety requirements and actively contribute to a safe work environment Cross-train on additional equipment and work assignments as needed Maintain dependable attendance and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available to work rotating 12-hour day and night shifts Strong safety awareness and ability to follow established safety procedures Good written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills Dependable attendance and work history Willingness to cross-train on other equipment Ability to work overtime when available
