Full Time Our client, a leader in manufacturing electrical components, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting coil winding operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

• some afternoon and Saturday overtime may be required at times What's the Job?

Operate coil winding equipment, including semi-automatic and bench lathe winding machines Follow safety policies and procedures, including proper use of personal protective equipment Review specifications and select appropriate tools, wire gauge, and materials Perform setups and adjustments to meet product specifications and tolerances Wind prototype coils, identify potential issues, and suggest improvements What's Needed? Ability to read and interpret work instructions, visual aids, and control drawings Basic verbal communication skills to effectively share information and raise concerns Comfort working in a manufacturing environment with routine distractions Ability to perform hands-on work requiring fine motor skills Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and perform occasional bending, stooping, and reaching What's in it for me?
