Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of production equipment. Perform routine inspections and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to prevent accidents. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to equipment operation. Skills Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate industrial equipment. Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good physical stamina, able to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Basic troubleshooting skills for identifying equipment issues. Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members. A proactive approach to safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations.
