Egg Transfer Person - Hope Arkansas Foster Farms United States, Arkansas, Hope 383 Highway 174 N (Show on map) May 27, 2026
Description Job Description Palletizing, count and place egg flats on fiber. Pack eggs for each breed source on delivery pallets according to load sheets.
Load and unload palletized eggs and supplies utilizing mechanical or power pallet jacks.
Prepare egg supplies - build clean SST supplies or flats and baskets for contract haulers for re-supply of contract growers' facilities. Qualifications Ability to repeatedly lift 50 lbs.
Ability to bend, stoop, and reach above head.
Ability to move 400 lb pallets via mechanical pallet jacks.
Basic math skills necessary for palletizing operations.
Ability to meet company productivity and quality standards.
Ability to meet company pallet jack certification requirements.
Ability to work flexible shifts including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Must be able to show up to work daily as scheduled and be on time to perform the duties of the position. Must be able to work in a cold environment.
