Job Description

Post-Harvest & Packaging Technician Location:
Hot Springs, AR Pay:
$13-$18/hour (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (1-hour unpaid break)
Overtime:
Must be available to work until 6:00 PM on mandatory overtime About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Post-Harvest & Packaging Technician to join our team. This position plays a critical role in processing and preparing products for market, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance at every step. Key Responsibilities Assist in post-harvest processing , including bucking and preparing plant material Accurately package finished products according to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow all state compliance and internal SOPs during processing and packaging Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards Support team members across departments as needed Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment Strong attention to detail and consistency Must be dependable and punctual Ability to follow instructions and standard procedures Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Prior experience in packaging, production, or agriculture is a plus (not required) Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Repetitive hand movements (trimming, packaging, handling materials) Additional Requirements Must be able to pass all required background checks per state regulations Must comply with all workplace safety and PPE requirements Why Join Us?
