$18.00 per hour
Schedule:
1st Shift | 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (10-hours) + 2 Saturdays a month (5 - 8-hours) Put Your Evaluator Skills in Gear. We've Got Work. High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with manufacturing or maintenance processes Ability to follow written instructions, technical specifications, and company procedures Experience in aviation, aircraft maintenance, manufacturing, or mechanical repair preferred Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, service, and test aircraft components in compliance with FAA regulations and company quality standards. Perform component disassembly, cleaning, inspection, rework, repair, replacement, reassembly, and functional testing. Read and interpret blueprints, technical manuals, engineering instructions, and planning documents. Apply conversion coatings, sealants, and related materials using approved tools and methods. Complete maintenance documentation and process forms in accordance with the Quality Management System. Identify and report suspected unairworthy conditions to supervisors immediately. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Work closely with senior mechanics and technicians to expand technical knowledge through on-the-job training. Why This Role?
