Rotating Days, 5:45PM - 6:00AM Starting At $13/Hour Job Details Our client is seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join their manufacturing team as an RFT Lid Loader. This position plays an important role in supporting production operations by ensuring materials are properly loaded, inspected, and supplied to the production line. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while following strict safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times. Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes. Load RFT lids and bag materials onto production lines efficiently and accurately. Perform material scanning (POKA) processes without using overrides. Inspect incoming materials for defects, contamination, or quality concerns. Safely operate a manual pallet jack to transport materials as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the shift. Perform sanitation duties in accordance with company standards. Follow machine safety guidelines and never bypass safety guards or attempt to clear equipment jams. Communicate equipment issues, material concerns, or safety hazards to authorized personnel. Support production goals while maintaining quality and safety standards. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment. Dependable attendance and a strong commitment to workplace safety. Exposure to varying levels of industrial noise. Requires standing, walking, lifting, and moving materials for extended periods. Strict adherence to safety procedures and company policies is required.
