Machine Operator - 3rd shift 11p-730a

Colson Group is seeking a Machine Operator in our Monette Arkansas facility. The Machine Operator will work with the plant supervision to ensure that work is completed and shipped in a timely manner. Third shift is Sunday through Thursday night 11pm-730am.

Primary Responsibilities:

Must be able to read and understand a Work Order. Must understand quality standards and report quality issues to Process Technician Must know and understand all safety rules and regulations. Must know and understand basic control and functions of the machines. Must properly document problems with machines and notify Process Technician and/or Supervisor as soon as possible. Must comply with Company Policy - as outlined in the associate handbook Must be capable of operating press efficiently. Must be able to operate material loading system. Must be able to start up and shut down presses Must be capable of learning and performing other assigned duties.
