Shift:
Monday - Friday, 4:30am To 3:00pm (Occasional Weekend Work As Needed) $17.50/Hour Job Details We are seeking a reliable and motivated Machine Operator / Sorter to join our client's manufacturing team in Morrilton, AR. This Machine Operator / Sorter role is essential to the production process, focusing on the fabrication and manufacturing of high-quality sheet metal parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. The Machine Operator / Sorter will be responsible for supporting CNC operations, press brake functions, and general machine operation while ensuring that all production standards are consistently met. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions, and a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures at all times Perform quality checks and maintain accurate shop paperwork Meet or exceed daily production goals Assist with machine setups and changeovers Package and prepare finished parts for shipment Support other departments as needed to maintain workflow Report any equipment or production issues to supervisors promptly Maintain a clean and organized work environment Participate in daily safety meetings Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors throughout the shift Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Ability to read and interpret tape measures, scales, and blueprints Previous experience in metal fabrication or machine operation preferred Must pass a drug screen Ability to follow both written and verbal instructions Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work overtime when required
