At Central Moloney , you'll work with specialized manufacturing equipment to build electrical transformer components that help power homes, schools, hospitals, and businesses across the country. What You'll Do As a Coil Winding Machine Operator, you'll: Set up and operate coil winding machines to manufacture electrical transformer coils. Read blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to produce coils to exact requirements. Load wire and materials into winding equipment and make machine adjustments as needed. Monitor machine performance and ensure consistent, high-quality production. Use hand and power tools to cut, strip, shape, and assemble components. Inspect finished products for accuracy, quality, and workmanship. Follow safety procedures while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Work as part of a team to meet production goals while maintaining high quality standards. Requirements What We're Looking For Required High School Diploma or GED Ability to read work instructions and perform basic math Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with varying temperatures and noise levels Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work Preferred Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment Experience reading blueprints or technical drawings Experience using hand and power tools Hoist or overhead crane experience is a plus Forklift or industrial lift truck experience is a plus Benefits Why Central Moloney?
