Lead Machine Operator Springdale, AR Objective:

Operate Metal Building Lamination machine to produce high-quality Metal Building Insulation and perform other warehouse tasks as assigned by warehouse manager. Essential Job Functions Efficiently run metal building laminator. Effectively measure material. Meet Project Deadlines. Maintain a clean, safe workspace. Perform consistent quality control. Other warehouse duties as assigned by warehouse manager. Competencies Understanding customer needs Ability to make accurate judgments and decisions. Time management Technical experience Basic math Basic computer skills

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of one year of related experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Experience with machinery preferred. Ability to accurately read a tape measure and other measuring devices. Aptitude to comprehend instructions through oral, written, or diagram form. Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs. Handling bulky product Standing for long periods of time
