We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Load/Unload Operators. This entry-level role is a great opportunity to be part of a company that values hard work, safety, and teamwork while contributing to the production of high-quality, value-added materials.
Specific responsibilities may include:
  • Performs quality checks on materials.
  • Starts up, adjusts, and shuts down equipment as necessary in accordance with all SOPs, equipment instructions, and company safety procedures.
  • Has a thorough understanding of the control and troubleshooting of all the assigned equipment to adequately monitor, adjust, troubleshoot, and report problems to supervisor.
  • Accurately completes all production records, equipment log sheets, logbooks, and other production reporting documents according to company guidelines.
  • Cleans, organizes, and maintains a safe work area.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors, management, and other employees in the facility.
  • Other job duties as assigned.
Forklift experience required. Pre-employment Drug Screen.
