DUTIES AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.

Trains on basic fabrication machinery. 2. Demonstrates ability to read and understand blueprints. 3. Learns to hook up loads for overhead cranes. 4. Assists welders, machine operators, painters and crane operators. May at times perform some or all of the duties of these jobs. 5. Possesses ability to solve basic math problems including the following: fractions, decimals, conversions and measuring. 6. Performs other duties as assigned. Position Requirements

MINIMUM PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Walks over and stoops under workhorses. Possess ability to squat, stoop, bend and stand. Possess ability to lift 50 pounds. Possess ability to push and pull.
