Job Description
Job Title:
Production Associate Job Description The Production Associate is responsible for the manufacturing of coils and the assembly of finished products. This includes performing assigned soldering processes and ensuring the quality of work meets all necessary standards. Responsibilities Solder components, configure cabling, and configure wires with provided training. Manufacture products in compliance with production control documentation. Ensure the quality of work meets current quality requirements and adhere to Quality System standards. Assist with the movement of materials through workstations and properly label all bins and trays. Document time to appropriate manufacturing orders and follow process specifications and production rules. Essential Skills Experience with hand tools and general production techniques. Strong hand dexterity and comfort using small hand tools for small part assembly and winding. Ability to cross-train across the floor, including assembly, soldering, wiring, and mechanical tasks. Additional Skills & Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Team player with good work tenure and reliable attendance. Ability to lift up to 20-30 pounds. Why Work Here? Work Environment The work environment includes an open concept manufacturing floor with separate workstations for each employee, where the product flows from station to station. The shift is from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Thursday, with Fridays allocated for overtime if necessary. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Concord, NH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
