JOB SUMMARY

This position is a member of our Liquid Manufacturing Team. The Filling Team is responsible for activities associated with the filling and bottling of safe, effective, and clean dietary supplements and skin care products in accordance with company SOPs, policies, and cGMPs. They ensure accuracy and safe conditions are maintained where required, that appropriate manufacturing area and equipment records are neat and accurate, and that safe, effective, and professional behavior is displayed at all times. In conjunction with Filling the Manufacturing Team provides input and assistance to other departments as needed, playing a critical role in maintaining production schedules and meeting company goals. The Team Member will be able to participate in all aspects of the Filling Process, including but not limited to: Setting up filling equipment, operating filling line, checking/recording fill volumes and weights, manual filling or capping of bottles as needed, counting, palletizing, and performing cleaning/sanitation as needed.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILIES

Confirm and count items for production. Assist in the setup and operation of filling and capping equipment. Work on a production line and maintain speeds initiated by the line lead. Work on lines where manual application is necessary. Palletize inprocess goods for holding. Maintain a clean work area, clean and sanitize all equipment in accordance with company SOP's. Work on a team of 25 people to maintain workflow and keep team on track, or sometimes productively alone.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High School diploma or equivalent Basic Math Skills (counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and Legible Handwriting Read and write English fluently. Eligible to work in the US. Reliable attendance Willingness to assist in other departments, as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs. repeatedly. Ability to stand for long periods. Proficient manual dexterity, fastpaced line speeds Ability to work in a wet environment and wear appropriate safety attire. Ability to work overtime as needed.
