Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-4:00 PM 2nd

Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-2:00 AM Overtime and occasional Saturdays may be required based on production needs. Position Summary As a Machine Operator / Production Associate, you will operate and monitor production equipment, load materials, perform quality checks, and enter production information into computer systems. You will work as part of a team to help meet daily production goals while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Load materials into machines and production equipment Perform quality inspections and verify product standards Enter and track production information using basic computer systems Make minor machine adjustments as needed Report machine issues or downtime to supervisors Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Work with team members to meet production goals Qualifications Required Previous machine operation experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment Basic computer skills Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Preferred Experience operating production or manufacturing equipment Experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing facility Basic mechanical aptitude Experience meeting production goals and quality standards Why Join 3Z Brands?
