Assembly Operator I

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Assembly Technician to join our client's growing team. In this hands-on role, you will play a key part in assembling high-quality electrical devices and cables that meet customer specifications before they are shipped. What You ll Do Assemble electrical devices and cut cables using power tools according to customer orders and specifications Build products on the assembly line following drawings, instructions, and schematics Perform quality checks to ensure assembled products meet required standards Provide hands-on support to the production team to meet daily customer demands Maintain a clean and organized workstation while following safety procedures What You Bring High School Diploma or equivalent (required) 0-1 year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment (preferred) Bilingual in English and Spanish (highly preferred) Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good oral and written communication skills Ability to read and follow drawings, instructions, and schematics .
