ECHO is hiring Machine Operator for 2nd shift in our Arizona location. Machine Operator ensures efficient production by operating machinery, packaging finished goods, maintaining quality standards, and supporting overall operational goals. 2nd Shift 2:00pm-10:30pm $16.25/HR plus $1.00 Shift differential ECHO's benefits include: 11 paid holidays Extremely affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance PTO (Paid Time Off) 5% 401K match Tuition reimbursement Career advancement growth opportunities Eligible for a $300 sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment if all qualifications are satisfied ECHO employees are also eligible for a $300 referral bonus when their referred employee completes 90 days
Duties/Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently change trimmer line spools to maintain continuous production flow Package finished goods, including spools, loops, and cut line products Accurately label products to ensure proper identification and shipment Monitor production output to meet daily production targets Inspect products for quality and report any defects or inconsistencies Continuously monitor machinery for malfunctions or irregularities; promptly notify the lead when issues arise Assemble boxes and prepare materials for packaging Follow all safety procedures and company policies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Provide support to other departments to meet organizational goals
Job Experience/Skills:
Capable of maneuvering and lifting 50 lbs. frequently Standing and walking for long periods of time Ability to often stoop, kneel or crouch. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively as a team member, assisting shift lead and other employees in a positive and proactive manner. Committed to accuracy and following instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality.
