Role Overview:

You'll be the final set of eyes before a guest arrives — ensuring every home is spotless, functional, and welcoming. From opening umbrellas by the pool to blowing leaves off patios, your work prevents last-minute problems and keeps guests happy.

Responsibilities:

Perform pre-arrival checks on same-day turnover properties. Inspect and prep outdoor spaces, furniture, and amenities. Report maintenance issues immediately to the Coordinator. Complete small, on-the-spot fixes where possible.

Requirements:

Attention to detail and pride in presentation. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather including Arizona heat. Ability to work quickly and independently.
