•Must have RECENT print production experience and be able to work in a fast paced retail environment and be extremely experienced with Fiery. This includes using the equipment on the floor: digital printers, industrial cutters/folders and large format printers. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented person to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the production of accurate and timely printed materials. Your expertise in operating digital printing presses and performing a variety of finishing tasks is essential to our success. Please note a working interview is needed to get this position.

Responsibilities:

Operate digital printers efficiently and effectively to produce high-quality prints. Print a variety of jobs on the XEROX and KONICA such as booklets, brochures, flyers, scored cards & much more. Print and finish a variety of large format material. Perform a wide range of finishing tasks, including cutting, folding, binding, and assembling printed materials. Maintain strict adherence to quality standards and production schedules to ensure customer satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to streamline production processes and improve efficiency. Contribute to a safe and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience operating digital printing presses. Strong proficiency in various finishing techniques and equipment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to meet deadlines consistently in a fast-paced environment . Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Basic computer skills for operating production software.
