We are looking for experienced embroidery machine operators to join our production team. We have Tajima embroidery machines including (1) 12-Head machine, (5) eight head machines, (1) four head machine, and (8) one head machines. Duties
- Review work orders and set up embroidery machine with the correct thread colors and embroidery program file
- Review work order and determine items to be decorate. Verify correct items, sizes, and quantities are available for decoration
- Adjust embroidery machine settings as required by embroidery program file and garment type. Adjust thread and bobbin tensions as necessary
- Prepare items for decoration by hooping fabric with correct tensions
- Observe running embroidery machine: Repair malfunctions (For example, thread breaks) or notifies Production Supervisor of malfunctions
- Quickly and efficiently change bobbins and adjust tension as necessary
- Quickly and efficiently remove completed items from the embroidery machine and loads the next items for decoration
- Trimming of loose threads from completed decoration
- High-Attention to Detail.
