Andrews Party Rental is seeking a reliable and motivated Event Delivery & Setup Team Lead to over see a crew and ensure timely , professional setup and brake down of rental equipment for parties, events, and festivals. This role is ideal for someone with leadership skills, logistical experience, event setup experience. You'll will be responsible, but not limited to, managing delivery crew, maintaining equipment standards, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every event site.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the delivery crew during event deliveries, setup, break down, and pick up. Ensure ALL rental items are delivered and picked up ON-TIME and in good condition. Communicate with clients onsite to confirm setup details and resolve any issues. Maintain inventory accuracy and report damaged or missing items Help maintain and organize warehouse Load and unload truck for next day deliveries Help clean and maintain equipment as needed.

MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT HEAVY OBJECTS REPEATEDLY.

Requirements Previous experience in party rental services is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Physical stamina to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods during events. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
