MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MACHINERY.
Job Summary The role focuses on operating and maintaining computerized fabrication machinery to meet production goals while following safety and quality standards. It includes equipment setup, inspection, minor maintenance, and collaboration in continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Operate and set up fabrication machinery per production specs. Use measuring tools (calipers, tape measures) to ensure quality and precision. Edit and adjust machine programs as needed. Perform basic maintenance and assist with troubleshooting. Working with Metal Material Maintain a clean and safe work area. Follow safety protocols and report hazards. Actively participate in improvement activities and team collaboration.Required Skills & Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 2+ years in machine operation.Math Skills:
Basic math including algebra and geometry (for fabrication measurements).Mechanical Aptitude:
Ability to perform basic repairs and troubleshoot machinery.Safety Knowledge:
Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance.Physical Capability:
