If you've worked in a metal shop and like seeing raw material turn into a finished part, this is right in that lane. You'll be cutting, bending, punching, and shaping metal components that go directly into larger electrical builds—not just running parts, but actually creating pieces that get used in the final product. The work is a mix of machine operation and detail work, so it stays engaging. Training is personal and thorough—you won't be thrown in without support. Smaller team, steady work, and a chance to keep building your skills.

Shift:

Early morning start between 3:00am-6:00am

Pay:

$19-$26/hr DOE OT available based on production

Job Duties:

Cut, bend, and shape copper materials using fabrication equipment Operate machines such as benders, punch/shear (ironworker), and other shop tools Measure and verify dimensions using tape measures, calipers, and other tools Read and follow blueprints and work instructions Deburr, finish, and prepare materials for assembly Install fabricated copper components into larger electrical systems Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:

1+ year of fabrication, metal shop, or manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints and measure accurately Comfortable working with tools and fabrication equipment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable and consistent attendance All candidates must be eligible to work in the U.S. and may be subject to E-Verify.
