In this role, you'll operate advanced embroidery machinery to bring intricate designs to life on a variety of garments and textiles. Your attention to detail and technical skills will ensure precision and excellence in every piece, contributing to our reputation for superior craftsmanship. Responsibilities Set up and operate embroidery machines efficiently, ensuring accurate placement of designs on garments or textiles Monitor machine operation throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards Inspect finished products for stitching accuracy, color consistency, and overall quality before packaging Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance Follow detailed work orders and design specifications to produce consistent results Troubleshoot common machine issues quickly to minimize production delays Collaborate with team members in a manufacturing environment to meet daily production goals Qualifications Prior experience with sewing machines or embroidery equipment is highly desirable Knowledge of garment construction and sewing techniques enhances your ability to produce high-quality results Familiarity with manufacturing processes and warehouse operations is a plus Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity are essential for precise stitching and design placement Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks comfortably Basic understanding of safety protocols related to machinery operation Previous warehouse or production line experience is advantageous but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
