SUMMARY:

Performs duties required to run pattern plate line and maintain equipment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Follow process work instructions Check equipment for proper condition and operation Verify materials specifications with traveler (Schematic to follow Work Order) Run line (Plates go through a step by step process). Inspect boards as they come out of line Update job in Prototrak, initial or sign and date traveler gate(s), and move job to next department. Complete/Document plate process log Perform required preventative maintenance Maintain clean work area

QUALIFICATIONS

Two years experience running plating line preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Stand for long periods at machine Use hands Lift 25 lbs. frequently, 50 lbs. occasionally Vision requirements include close, color, depth perception Exposure to Copper Minerals and other chemicals.
