$21.85/hour - 2nd Shift Position Overview We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Assembly Workers to join a catheter assembly team in Aliso Viejo, CA. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with openings on both 1st and 2nd shifts. The ideal candidate has previous assembly or manufacturing experience and is comfortable performing small, detailed assembly work using a microscope . Previous medical device experience is preferred but not required . Responsibilities Perform small and detailed assembly of catheter components Complete assembly work in a manufacturing environment Use a microscope to perform and inspect precision assembly Handle small components carefully and accurately Follow written work instructions and established manufacturing procedures Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process Keep the work area clean and organized Follow company safety and quality requirements Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous assembly experience required Comfortable working with a microscope Ability to perform small, detailed assembly work Previous manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and established procedures Medical device manufacturing experience is preferred, but not required Benefits (employee contribution): Health insurance Health savings account Dental insurance Vision insurance Flexible spending accounts Life insurance Retirement plan All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
