Job Title:
Machine Operator Job Description The Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up the machine with guidance, starting and stopping production runs, and monitoring the equipment to ensure consistent output. The role requires adherence to all plant safety rules, the use of required PPE, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. The operator will review job instructions, prepare basic materials, and assist with simple changeovers when directed.
Pay:

5am-5pm, mandatory OT (weekends required)

Make small adjustments as needed, such as speed, alignment, and feed. Report any mechanical issues to the lead operator or maintenance team. Perform routine tasks like cleaning screens, wiping down equipment, and completing basic lubrication. Conduct simple quality checks, label finished products correctly, and place any questionable material on hold. Record production counts, downtime, and materials used. Help stage items for the next order or shift. Essential Skills Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience. Ability to follow written instructions, safety procedures, and production paperwork. Basic mechanical comfort — able to make small adjustments and use simple hand tools. Good attention to detail for quality checks, labeling, and documentation. Reliable attendance and willingness to work your scheduled shift and overtime. Strong communication skills and ability to work well with the machine operator and production team.
