The ideal candidate will have machine operation experience and be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining stick pack machines while meeting production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Powder filling or dry-product packaging.
• Machine setup, startup, shutdown, and changeovers.
• Identifying jams, sealing issues, weight variations, and material feed problems.
• Completing batch records and production documentation.
• Following SOPs, GMPs, PPE requirements, sanitation procedures, and line-clearance protocols.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math skills (division, to calculate powder quantities for the machine)
• Previous experience as a machine operator or in a similar manufacturing role, preferably within the supplement or food manufacturing industry.
