In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, mechanical blueprint interpretation, and precision measurement will be essential to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact product excellence and operational success. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing machines including hydraulic shears, Punches, and Press Brakes. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly of parts. Conduct precise measurements using measuring tapes, calipers, micrometers. Troubleshoot industrial equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery following established safety standards in production. Handle materials and tooling efficiently using forklifts and hand tools while adhering to proper materials handling procedures. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks, packaging finished products, and ensuring quality control throughout the manufacturing process. Qualifications Experience operating sheet metal equipment such as hydraulic shears, Punches, and Press Brakes Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret mechanical blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Skilled in using precision measurement tools including micrometers, calipers, dial indicators, and shop math for quality assurance. Ability to read production documents and interpret factory specifications effectively. Experience with tooling setup, fabrication processes, assembly line operations, packaging procedures, and materials handling equipment such as forklifts. Knowledge of safety standards applicable in manufacturing environments to promote a safe working space for all team members. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly. Strong communication skills with the capacity to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
