Job Overview:

Pac-Dent Inc. is seeking a Chemical Processor who will mix composite material to specifications. They must meet the basic qualifications of the job description.

Pay:

$22.00 - $23.00 per hour

Responsibilities and Duties:

Conduct chemical processing, including: Powder processing, resin monomer mixing, high-loading composite formulation Perform routine preventative maintenance on production equipment Will be required to work with/ be exposed to solvents, oils, lubricants, plastic material fumes, ground glass, flammable & hazardous materials Accountable for results with minimal supervision Self-driven abilities to improve cleanliness, safety, quality, delivery, and productivity Process driven to follow and improve cGMP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Maintain a clean work area for safe and efficient operation, including replenishment of supplies Maintain accurate and detailed records on all production and maintenance work orders Will be required to lift, move and transport equipment. Requirements and Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or GED. Industrial experience, or equivalent is a plus. Skills Attention to detail Strong communication in English (reading, writing and verbal) Strong troubleshooting abilities problem solving, analytical, systems thinking Team player Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Ability to follow instructions and guidelines set forth by Production Manager or Superiors Ability to act independently and make the appropriate decisions with minimal supervision as necessary.
