Molding Job Description Branch Details Key Responsibilities:
Operate molding and production equipment according to company procedures. Load raw materials into machines and monitor production throughout the shift. Inspect molded parts for quality, defects, and accuracy. Trim, assemble, package, and label finished products as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety policies and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Report equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the supervisor. Complete production and quality documentation accurately. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards.
