In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial equipment and machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will be essential to ensure optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment where your skills directly impact product quality and operational success. Duties Operate various manufacturing machines including CNC machining centers, CNC lathes, CNC milling machines, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CAM programming equipment. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production documents to set up and run machinery accurately. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) standards to ensure dimensional accuracy. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with industrial equipment promptly to minimize downtime and maintain production flow. Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and safety checks on machinery in compliance with safety standards in production. Handle materials and finished products using forklifts and other materials handling tools safely and efficiently. Assist with assembly line tasks, packaging processes, and fabrication activities as needed to support overall production goals. Maintain detailed records of machine operation, quality control checks, and production metrics for continuous improvement. Experience Proven experience operating CNC machines such as CNC lathe, CNC milling machine, or CNC programming is highly preferred. Familiarity with Fanuc controls or other programmable logic controllers (PLCs) used in automated manufacturing environments. Hands-on experience with blueprint reading, mechanical blueprint interpretation, shop math, and technical drawing analysis. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing facilities along with the ability to follow strict safety protocols at all times. Experience working with tooling setup, fabrication techniques, and precision measurement tools like micrometers and calipers. Previous factory or manufacturing facility experience demonstrating proficiency in machine operation and quality control processes. Ability to troubleshoot industrial equipment issues effectively using technical skills in CAM programming or industrial troubleshooting methods.
