11:00 PM - 6:00 AM Flexibility to work overtime and special schedules as needed Position Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating filling and packaging equipment while ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met. This role works closely with production, quality, maintenance, and warehouse teams to support efficient manufacturing operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities ? Operate filling, packaging, and production equipment following standard operating procedures and quality standards ? Monitor production lines to maintain output goals and communicate any issues to the Technical Operator or Line Lead ? Perform machine start-up procedures and complete first article inspections Qualifications Basic math skills Strong hand-eye coordination Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment #
