Job Description

Large Manufacturing Company in Chatsworth is looking for Compounders.
Shift:
3rd
Shift Hours:
10:00pm - 6:30am Compounder - Key Responsibilities Prepare and produce batches of raw materials in accordance with approved formulations, batch records, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Accurately measure, weigh, and mix ingredients using scales, mixers, and other production equipment to ensure product consistency and quality. Monitor the compounding process and inspect batches for compliance with quality standards, specifications, and production requirements. Operate, clean, and sanitize tanks, mixers, pumps, filters, and related equipment in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Complete and maintain accurate production documentation, including batch records, material usage logs, and process data. Follow established safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling raw materials and chemicals. Required Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in compounding, manufacturing, chemical processing, cosmetic production, or pharmaceutical environments preferred. Knowledge of GMP standards, SOPs, batch documentation, and quality control processes. Experience operating production equipment such as scales, mixers, blenders, pumps, and processing systems. #
