Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Duties Operate various manufacturing machines according to standard procedures and safety guidelines. Monitor machine performance during operation, making adjustments as needed to ensure optimal output. Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to prevent malfunctions. Record production data accurately and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment. Willingness to undergo training and develop skills necessary to advance into a machinist role. Assist with setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of machinery as required. Skills Basic understanding of manufacturing or mechanical processes is preferred. Willingness to learn and train to become a machinist. Strong attention to detail and focus on safety standards. Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. Physical stamina and dexterity required for operating machinery and handling materials.
