Job Summary:
As a Batching Operator, you will be responsible for accurately weighing, staging, and batching raw materials required for production.

Mon - Thurs, 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM (10.5 hrs including a 30 min lunch) Your role is critical in ensuring material traceability, batch accuracy, and efficient manufacturing while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
Weighing:
Review batch records and calculate required quantities of raw materials, including determining full vs. partial containers. Locate, retrieve, and stage raw materials from warehouse inventory in accordance with FIFO and "
USE FIRST
" procedures. Ensure all pre-weighed materials are accurately labeled with lot number, weight, and operator initials.
Batching:
Taking staged raw materials and batching (adding) them to mixing tanks based strictly on the approved batch record document.
Quality Control:
Maintain strict adherence to GMP, safety, and sanitation protocols. Collaborate with Quality Control and Inventory teams to ensure material accuracy and proper documentation. Maintain clean, organized production room and work area at all times.
Safety:
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor.
Teamwork:
Work collaboratively with other production operators. Communicate effectively and follow instructions. Assist in training of new employees.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination. Ability to lift and move up to [Specify Weight, e.g., 25-50 lbs.] regularly. Basic to moderate math skills. Familiarity with GMP is a plus. Reliable and punctual.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift, bend, and reach. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with moderate noise levels.
