CNC Swiss Setup - Swing Shift

This is NOT an entry-level position. You'll hit the ground running. If you've got the hands-on skills, programming, and eye for detail to back it up — this is your shop.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (swing shift) Overtime available daily

What You'll Be Doing:

Set up and run Citizen Swiss machines Program directly at the machine ( Fanuc & Mitsubishi ) Machine tight-tolerance parts from plastics, aluminum, stainless, brass, and bronze Read & interpret complex blueprints and GD&T Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, etc.

Solve problems fast:

Tool changes, reworks, part issues — you're on it Keep your work area sharp, your paperwork clean, and your parts perfect

What We're Looking For:

2 years of CNC Swiss setup experience (REQUIRED) Strong experience with Citizen Swiss machines You can program at the machine — no hand-holding Confident working with non-ferrous materials (plastics, aluminum, etc.) Skilled in blueprint reading, GD&T, and using precision measurement tools You're reliable, fast-moving, and care about doing it right the first time Experience with PartMaker is a big plus
