Machine Operator I Location:
Corona, CA Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00AM-3:30
PM Pay Rate:
Up to $21.00/hour (DOE)
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Machine Operator I for our 2nd shift team. This role is responsible for the safe and efficient operation, changeover, and maintenance of production machinery. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Will be doing material handling when not running the machine, so must be forklift certified.

when presenting candidates, advise if the candidate is able to train on 1st and 2nd shift from 4-6 weeks before settling into the 3rs shift
Key Responsibilities:
Safely start up, operate, and shut down production equipment. Perform machine changeovers as needed. Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet specifications. Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality. Perform basic preventative maintenance and minor equipment repairs. Accurately record production and quality data. Pack finished products and retrieve necessary raw materials. Communicate effectively with other shift personnel regarding machine status and materials. Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with 5S standards. Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; report any unsafe conditions or incidents. Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Prior manufacturing experience required. Strong communication and organizational skills. Intermediate math and computer skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours). Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs regularly, including lifting lightweight items overhead. Must have a strong commitment to workplace safety.
Pay:
Up to $23.00 per hour
