As a Precision Aerospace Assembly Technician, you'll open your work orders, review English instructions and blueprints, and get hands-on with components that demand accuracy and care. Throughout the day, you will assemble parts to exact specifications, perform in-process quality checks, and collaborate closely with teammates to streamline the build sequence. You'll keep your station clean and organized to promote safety and speed, escalate any discrepancies to your supervisor right away, and follow all shop safety protocols. Along the way, you'll participate in planned training and development sessions to sharpen your skills and learn new processes and technologies. What you'll do Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components to meet engineering specs and quality standards. Verify accuracy and function with ongoing quality checks during assembly. Coordinate with peers to improve workflow and production efficiency. Maintain a tidy, well-organized work area to support safety and productivity. Report issues, nonconformances, or discrepancies promptly to the supervisor. Adhere to all safety procedures, policies, and guidelines. Join training programs to expand capabilities and stay current with new methods. What you'll bring Ability to read and interpret instructions in English. Prior experience in aerospace manufacturing or assembly. Blueprint reading and interpretation skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to following procedures. Team-first mindset and ability to collaborate effectively. Clear communication skills and a positive attitude. Mechanical aptitude and comfort with common hand tools. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes and technologies.
