We are hiring Machine Operators to operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment during the busy pomegranate season. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for seasonal work, overtime, and competitive pay.

Medical, Dental, AD&D Job ResponsibilitiesOperate and monitor production machinery and equipmentSet up and adjust machines according to production requirementsMonitor equipment during operation to ensure proper performanceInspect products to ensure they meet quality and production standardsMake basic adjustments to machinery as neededLoad materials and products into machineryMonitor machine speeds, settings, and production outputIdentify and report equipment malfunctions or production issues to supervisorsPerform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipmentKeep the work area clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety, quality, and production proceduresComplete production paperwork and maintain accurate records as requiredMeet daily production and quality goalsWork closely with team members and supervisors to maintain efficient productionPerform other machine operation and general production duties as assigned QualificationsPrevious machine operator, production, manufacturing, warehouse, or food processing experience is preferred but not requiredAbility to learn and safely operate production machineryMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detailAbility to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to identify quality issues and report problems promptlyBasic math skillsAbility to stand and walk for extended periodsAbility to perform repetitive tasksAbility to lift up to 40 poundsAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentGood communication and teamwork skillsReliable attendance and punctualityAbility to work overtime and weekends as requiredAbility to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions Why Work With Full Steam Staffing?
