As a Machine Operator, you'll run the gear, keep the line alive, and take home steady pay with solid benefits. What Makes You a Fit 3+ years of experience operating saw equipment or similar industrial machinery Experience in a metals service center or metal fabrication environment preferred Strong math, measurement, and blueprint reading skills Ability to work independently and follow production instructions Good communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards Key Responsibilities Operate plate and bar saw machines to cut metal materials to exact customer specifications Pull, stage, and prepare raw materials for cutting and processing Measure materials accurately using precision tools such as tape measures, micrometers, calipers, and nibblers Enter order specifications and production data into required documentation and systems Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and rigging equipment Assist with packaging , shipping, and receiving of materials and finished products Participate in inventory cycle counts and material tracking Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards What's In It for
