Candidates with manufacturing, chemical handling, or mechanical experience who want to grow in a specialized skill area. Key Responsibilities Electroplate small precision parts to meet aerospace/defense specifications Clean, prep, and inspect components to ensure high-quality finishes Monitor plating baths, chemical solutions, and equipment Accurately document plating processes and inspections (travelers, reports) Maintain plating lab cleanliness, organization, and weekly sanitation standards Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements Qualifications 2 years of prior experience in manufacturing, plating, electroplating, or lab chemical plating. High School Diploma or equivalent required

MUST HAVE

experience in Quality Inspections for CNC machining Knows how to read GD&T prints while also having experience in using measuring tools like micrometers, indicators, Go/NoGo gauges, etc.

REQUIRED

Familiarity with chemistry, chemical baths, or plating equipment is a plus Parts are extremely small so it would be great if you have some experience using a Microscope. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for handling small parts Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive task

Perks Pay:

$22 - $25/hr
