Responsibilities Operate packaging machines and labeling equipment to ensure accurate application of labels on products and packaging materials Assist with material handling equipment to move raw materials and finished goods safely Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues on packaging machinery and perform routine maintenance to minimize downtime Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety protocols diligently to maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment Use basic math skills for measurements, counts, and quality verification tasks during production runs Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while maintaining high safety standards in accordance with OSHA guidelines Skills Experience warehouse or material handling equipment Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting industrial equipment and performing routine maintenance Familiarity with packaging machines, labeling systems, and machine operation in a manufacturing setting Understanding of safety standards in production environments including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and safety protocol adherence Knowledge of GMP requirements for food or manufacturing industries to ensure compliance with health standards Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for measurements and quality checks Warehouse experience preferred, with an emphasis on material handling, equipment troubleshooting, and industrial machinery operation This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment while honing their technical skills.
