Job Description
Job Overview Solé Shades is a growing manufacturer of custom window coverings, specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California. We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate has previous experience operating manufacturing equipment, maintaining production quality, and working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. Experience in the window treatment, textile, upholstery, or soft goods industry is a plus. Responsibilities Operate specialized production equipment, including an automated ring-attaching machine Set up, adjust, and monitor machinery to ensure efficient production Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report maintenance needs Inspect fabrics and finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects Perform hand-finishing tasks Meet daily production goals while maintaining exceptional quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Assist with other production and warehouse responsibilities as needed Qualifications Minimum 2 years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment required Experience working with textiles, sewing, upholstery, window coverings, or similar products is strongly preferred Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor machine issues Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read work orders and follow production instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We're Looking For Experienced manufacturing professional Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Quality-focused mindset Dependable and self-motivated Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Schedule Full-time Monday-Friday 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off
