Fremont, CA Join Our Team! Kelly Services is currently seeking a dependable and safety-focused Assembly Worker / Shop Helper to support manufacturing and production operations in Fremont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience in a hands-on production environment. Job Responsibilities Prepare materials and parts for processing, including cleaning, painting, wiring, and fixturing. Load and unload production equipment, bins, baskets, fixtures, and containers. Organize and stack finished products for shipment and storage. Assist with assembly and production operations. Report equipment issues, production concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Handle materials and inventory carefully to prevent damage. Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math skills required. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to safety, quality, and detail. Forklift experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and pulling. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
