Job Description Pay Rate:

$17.45 per hour (Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am) Set up breast/leg processors, change blades as needed and make necessary adjustment .Ensure all machines are operational and making the necessary cuts Record keeping on blades/tools following BRC procedures Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8+hrs) on concrete floor. Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be able to work with minimal supervision Must be able to lift 50 pound Requires basic math skills Able to work safely around sharp blades Capable of using mechanical type tools (i.e., different sets of wrenches) Other duties as assigned
