Cleanroom Assembly Staffing Network - 3.4 Hayward, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $25 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Personal protective equipment (PPE) adherence Cleanroom gowning procedures Safety equipment Computer skills Full Job Description Staffing Network is seeking an experienced clean room tech for our metal manufacturing client in Hayward, CA. Qualified candidate must be available to work rotating shifts from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. The rotating shift availability relates to training; candidate will be required to work 1st shift schedule during training however position is for 2nd shift.
Pay Rate:
$20-$25 per hour;
DOE Location:
Hayward, CA - full time onsite position
Cleanroom Responsibilities:
➢ The Cleanroom Technicians are responsible for providing bake out for customer parts that require drying after wet cleaning. The Cleanroom function also includes physical cleaning of parts which may include the use of IPA wipe. ➢ Technicians Is responsible for assembling, testing, cleaning, part marking and packaging customer orders per customer provided specification, print, photos directive, traveler guidance and/or another level of set instructions in place such as, but not limited to TMPI's Work Instructions, or Standard Operating Procedure. ➢ The parts that enter the clean room are manufactured from the following materials: stainless steel, aluminum, copper, quartz, ceramic, titanium, bronze, anodized aluminum, nickel, etc. ➢ Cleanroom Technicians harbor the responsibility of ensuring and maintaining a clean and safe work environment with periodic intervals of housekeeping as needed or scheduled. ➢ Fundamental purpose of the clean room department is all parts components must be packaged daily carefully to ensure proper protection and seal in the final packaging.
Physical requirements:
➢ Ability to use safety equipment: cleanroom garments (boots, coveralls, and head covering) Steel-toed safety shoes, safety glasses, and hearing protection. For extended periods of 8 hours.
Skills/Experience Required:
➢ Basic ability to follow complex instructions, basic computer and cell phone skills for sending and recording data, and good communication skills. ➢ Previous experience in manufacturing, or a cleanroom environment is often and semiconductor preferred. ➢ Previous experience in this type of work, such as packaging metal parts or other objects, and knowledge of parts made from stainless steel, aluminum, copper, nickel and anodized metals will be considered a plus!
